The Russian Government Accuses Ukraine of Funding Moscow Concert Hall Attack.
According to an investigative committee’s report released on Thursday, the Russian government has attributed the recent attack at a Moscow concert hall to substantial financial support from Ukraine.
The attack, which occurred last week, resulted in the deaths of over 140 individuals. Terrorists, described by Russian President Vladimir Putin as radical Islamists, carried out the assault at the Crocus City Hall, a large music venue just outside Moscow.
During the attack, the assailants engaged in a gun rampage, indiscriminately killing people and setting fire to the main hall.
Russian officials have suggested that Ukrainian special services may have orchestrated the terrorist attack, utilizing Islamist groups as proxies.
